THE FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES Part 7

Praise the Lord everyone for God IS GOOD!!  Before I continue on with Part 7, the beast of the sea, I would like to note something between Daniel’s Beast and John’s Beast in Revelation.  There is a difference in the revelations of the Beast of Daniel and Revelation.

TO CONTINUE:

Now, Concerning the interpretation of the dream Daniel had in Chapter 7:15-16 it states that he was grieved in his spirit. about what he saw in this vision.

15 “I, Daniel, was troubled in spirit, and the visions that passed through my mind disturbed me. 16 I approached one of those standing there and asked him the meaning of all this.

After Daniel had told the dream to others, Vs 1, It still bothered him that he did not know the meaning of it.

Daniel was given the interpretation by one who stood by.  Daniel 7:16-27.

However, the interpretation left Daniel confused, and he kept the matter to himself.  Daniel 17:28.  Three years later Daniel had another vision, which was a continuation of his previous vision.  This vision, Daniel 8: 2-14, like before needed to be interpreted for Daniel.  At this time, Gabriel made Daniel to understanding the vision.

Please note verse 16:

16 And I heard a man’s voice from the Ulai calling, “Gabriel, tell this man the meaning of the vision.”

There is only one who can sent Gabriel out.  Luke 1:19, 26

19 And the angel answering said unto him, I am Gabriel, that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak unto thee, and to shew thee these glad tidings

26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

Gabriel now gives Daniel the meaning in verses 8:19-26.  After being told the vision Daniel fainted and was sick, but note, none understood it.

 Daniel next vision occurred after he prayed for his people: 9:3-20.  And again, Gabriel came to give Daniel the interpretation.   But now, he will give Daniel skill and understanding.  Daniel had previously studied Jeremiah 29:10;

10 For thus saith the Lord, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.

In Daniel 9:24-27 Daniel is given to understand the 70 weeks.  After this Daniel does not have any misunderstandings.

Daniel 10:1

In the third year of Cyrus king of Persia a thing was revealed unto Daniel, whose name was called Belteshazzar; and the thing was true, but the time appointed was long: and he understood the thing, and had understanding of the vision.

In Daniel 10:2 It states that Daniel was mourning.  He was mourning because of the condition on his people (his prayer in 9:4-19).  His prayer is for his people as was very similar to Ezra’s  who was astonied. Ezra 9:4-15.

At this time in Daniel’s life, he was very concerned about his people, the Jews, as already noted.  While Daniel was by the great river, Hiddekel, Gabriel came to him.  Why?  Daniel 11:14

14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.  What will befall Daniels people will occur after the Church is gathered out and the prophetic clock turns back to the Jews.

Daniel 12:1 signifies the great tribulation and that Michael will stand up for Daniel’s people and they at that time will be delivered.  Also note that little is given to Daniel about the resurrections.

The last question that Daniel ask, 12:8 is what shall be the end of these things? He was told in Daniel 12:9-11

And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

Now, we can look at John’s Beast in Revelation 13:1-7
